How Oreuma works
Our promises
Oreuma is built for people who come and go, which is most people. Here is what that means in practice, written down so you can hold the app to it.

What Oreuma promises
- No streaks or missed-day counters. Your history shows the workouts you did and nothing about the days in between.
- No plan to fall behind on. There's no calendar or schedule, so a missed week leaves nothing to catch up on.
- A smaller session after a break, with your level kept. Coming back is made easier, never penalised. The exact rules are here.
- Short counts. A Light session is a finished workout like any other.
- Reminders that don't scold. At most two after a break, on day 10 and day 24, and neither mentions how long you've been gone. Then silence.
- No comparing. No leaderboards, no social feed, nobody else's numbers.
- No calorie counting and no before-and-after promises. Oreuma keeps track of the workouts you finish and nothing about your body.
- No account. Your level, limitations and workout history are stored on your phone. A few anonymous usage measurements are sent, and every one is listed in the privacy policy.
Why these exist
I built Oreuma because gaps kept getting punished: broken streaks, missed-goal alerts, plans falling behind, until people stopped opening the app. The problem was never motivation. It was apps that turned a gap into a failure. These promises are the rules the app is built on, and they don't get traded away for a better engagement number.
If you ever catch Oreuma breaking one of them, email info@oreuma.app and I'll fix it.
Oreuma does the sizing for you
Oreuma is an iPhone app for getting back into exercise after a break. It builds a short bodyweight home workout each day, sized to where you are, with no streaks and no account. The first 7 days are free, no card needed.
